This week in science, we’ve been learning all about nutrients — the special ingredients in our food that help our bodies grow, stay strong, and keep our minds sharp. We discovered that a healthy lunch isn’t just about how many calories it has — it’s about getting the right balance of foods.
We designed a super healthy packed lunch using our oracy skills to consider all the nutrients and how to balance a good amount of each.
