Summer Term in Year 2

Over the last two weeks, children have been continuing to build their knowledge of traditional tales. They have, very excitedly, planned their own traditional tale including a front cover and blurb. We look forward to sharing our stories with peers and parents. 

In Art, children have further explored the work of Georgia O'Keeffe and replicated key images using chalks and collage. 

During our PSHE sessions, children are discussing the value of money and understanding the needs and wants when spending and why it is important to save money as they get older. 

PE lessons are as lively as ever, with children working in teams to complete a range of fast paced activities.
