Year 3 Week 4: Rhythm of the Ramanyana

Our school was buzzing with energy this week as pupils took part in an exciting Ramayana dance workshop led by the talented team from West End in Schools.

The workshop brought to life the legendary story of Rama and Sita, using movement, expression, and rhythm to explore key moments from this much-loved Hindu epic. Children learned how dance can be used to retell stories, convey emotions, and celebrate different cultures.

A huge thank-you to West End in Schools for an unforgettable journey through storytelling, dance, and culture. Our pupils shone brightly—just like the heroes of the Ramayana!
