Our governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teacher to join their very successful team from Monday 3 November 2025.

The reason for the fixed term contract is to cover a maternity leave to start on Monday 3 November, until 31 August 2026 or when the substantive post holder returns.

You will be required to be responsible for learner achievement within class/classes through effective teaching and learning.

Be responsible for the monitoring and development of an aspect of pupil learning or curriculum area across the school. Early Careers Teachers welcome to apply

The successful candidate must have:

Qualified teacher status (QTS)
Primary Phase Education Degree or First Degree and PGCE
Consistently good or outstanding teaching in KS1 or KS2
Use of assessment data to enhance learning and progress
Consistently good or outstanding teaching ability in primary teaching
The ability to relate flexibly and sensitively to the different needs of pupils
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Professionally credible, well organised and enthusiastic
Resilient in the face of challenge, proactive and highly motivated
Committed to continuing professional and personal development
The ability to assess children accurately and to use data to ensure good progress

The working pattern will be: Monday, Tuesday full days and Wednesday PM.

Midday Supervisory Assistant

Our governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard-working Midday Supervisory Assistant to join their very successful team.

As a Midday Supervisory Assistant, you will work before, during and after the lunch period of the school day to help set up for lunch service and undertake the supervision of children and to attend to their welfare needs and clear down the canteen at the end of service.

The working pattern will be: Monday to Friday,11.15am to 1.45pm, term time only.
